Before booking

Check the cancellation and refund terms shown by the relevant booking provider or programme. Where a separate booking system is used, its confirmed terms apply to that booking.

If you need to cancel

Contact UK Sports as early as possible and include the programme, participant name and booking details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Session changes

Occasionally a session may need to change because of weather, venue availability or another operational issue. UK Sports will communicate important changes through the relevant contact route where possible.
